Denture Making Method:

  1. Soak the denture in water at a temperature of around 70 for 10-15 seconds to soften it. Be careful not to use water that is too hot at 90, as it may cause the denture to become wrinkled. Once you see wrinkles forming around the edges of the denture, you can remove it from the water.
  2. Place the softened denture in your mouth and wear it on the dental arch. Suck forcefully to remove the air between the denture and the dental arch. At the same time, press the denture firmly against the dental arch with your hands, applying pressure from front to back, to ensure a tight fit between the denture and the dental arch. Only by doing this can the denture be shaped to fit the contours of your teeth. Pay attention to speed, but avoid biting down forcefully.
  3. After pressing and holding the denture in place with your hands for about half a minute, you can remove the denture, which will have taken on the desired shape.
  4. Along the gingival line imprinted on the already-shaped denture (the line between the teeth and gums), use scissors to trim off any excess material. Also, remove the handle. At this point, the denture-making process is complete. Trimming above the gingival line ensures that the gel contacts only the teeth, avoiding harm to the gums.

Please Note:

  • If the denture is not properly made on the first attempt, you can repeat the process for a second time until you are satisfied.
  • Rinse the denture with clean water before and after use.
  • The denture should be replaced every 3-4 months, just like a toothbrush.
