• Care instructions: Hand wash with clean water and hang to dry (do not expose the item to light or heat for the drying process). This item is not suitable for ironing, strong sunlight, or being soaked in water for long durations.
• Usage instructions (please see all notes including WARNING NOTICE information at the bottom of this listing before purchasing or using this item):
  - Apply/wipe the tormaline area (the middle self-heating part of the neck support that comes in contact with the neck skin) with a damp cloth 
  - Place the neck brace around your neck with the tormaline area (self-heating side) on the back of your neck
  - Adjust the neck brace according to your preferred comfort and secure the wear with the velcro strap
  - After around 30 minutes of use, heat will start to generate from the support during wear. You can release the brace at any time for a temporary release if the heat becomes uncomfortable.
  - Subject to the wearer's physical condition, they may wear this item at most twice a day (3 hours max at a time). However please note the allowed frequency and duration of wear varies between individual's personal conditions and may be less than this estimate. Do not wear this item during sleep, lack of consciousness or if personal discomfort occurs.
