This multifunctional training aid can be used for different purposes: as a dumbbell chair, bench, sit-up chair and so on. Just change the position, the angle and there you have it: a different exercise partner. Feel free to rely on this new solid and stable training partner: to do bent knee sit-ups, ab crunches with proper lower back support or chest and shoulder presses. It also includes T-bar leg hold down attachment.
